Business Spotlight: Kramarczuk’s

For a little taste of Europe, visit one of Northeast’s oldest restaurants, Kramarczuk’s. For 60 years Kramarczuk’s has been representing the quality and taste of Eastern European foods in Minneapolis with a focus on sausage. In recent years the restaurant has branched out to ethnic food while keeping the eastern European traditions going.

Kramarczuk’s opened in 1954 after current owner, Nick’s, grandfather, Wasyl Kramarczuk, traveled from Ukraine to the US. Wasyl had a special skill in sausage making and his wife, Anna, had cooking and baking skills. They were determined to make the best possible products.

The standards of quality and authenticity implemented years ago are still woven into every product created today. All items are created from scratch with quality ingredients (hormone free meats, unbleached flour) sourced locally whenever possible.

Besides Northeast Minneapolis, you can find Kramarczuk’s delicious foods at Target Field.

Stop in on your lunch break for great deli sandwiches or for dinner in the restaurant area. Pick up some sweet shirts and delicious chocolates or pastries while you’re at it too!
